Sometimes I wonder how true something self proclaimed is. The best noodle soup in town? Apparently this is true and there is a large fan base and general consensus that Pho Tam  歡心正宗越南牛肉粉 is not only the best pho in Surrey, but perhaps all of Metro Vancouver. It is located in Whalley, Surrey. It is beside the Surrey Central Skytrain station, but parking is terrible.

Again, I am in the area for work and decided to pay this infamous pho place a visit. Nance is going to be so jealous! Inside are dated pink walls and there is  nothing fancy about the decor.

Bún bò Huế ( I changed it to Pho Bo Hué 順化泃粉): I didn’t change the noodle to pho noodles by mistake, but I finally understand why they use that type of noodle… Its so bouncy yet soaks in all the soup!

Beef flank, beef balls, congealed pigs blood, and a pork knuckle all inside this bowl of mildly spicy, sour and salty lemongrass piping hot bowl of pho. So f-ing good! Pho-nomenal!
